I have been using Purex products for several years now and am rarely disappointed. While this product didn't disappoint me, it didn't really blow me away either. I think the main reason is that I rarely have issues with color bleeding in the wash anyway. This would be great if that was a problem that you frequently experienced but I honestly didn't notice any difference in my clothing after using this products several times. The fact that you still have to wash new clothing items (especially jeans) separately kind of threw me for a loop because I assumed that you could just throw everything in there together. It is still a good product but when you take out the "no color bleeding" aspect (since that isn't a problem I typically have), the detergent is pretty ordinary. It still has a nice fresh, clean scent and got my laundry squeaky clean. I wouldn't expect any less when using a Purex product! :) However, I probably wouldn't buy it again in the future because I didn't really notice any major differences. I would opt for one of the detergents that had a more appealing scent or other benefit that was more relevant to me.

Here is a picture of the actual crystals. They are a very pretty green color, easy to pour from the bottle, and smell GREAT! The scent immediately fills the room when you add them to your washing machine. :)

WOW! That was my first impression when opening the bottle of Purex Crystals Limited Edition Fabulously Fresh in-wash scent booster. When given the choice, I always choose a "fresh" scent because it is appropriate for ALL loads of laundry. My husband isn't too crazy about the idea of girly, flowery smelling work clothes, LOL!!! He liked this scent just as much as I did. When you add it into your wash, the entire room is instantly filled with a clean, fresh scent. The scent stays on your clothing through the drying cycle and for several days AFTER laundry day. I love walking into my closet or opening a drawer and getting a waft of the Fabulously Fresh fragrance. So far, this is probably my favorite scent of Purex Crystals so it's a shame that it is a Limited Edition product. :( Hopefully enough people love it that they decide to make it a permanent part of their in-wash scent booster line!

I have read online that you can find this product in the fabric softener aisle at Walmart. (even though I haven't been able to find it yet in my local area) I will definitely keep looking because I LOVE the fresh scent of this product! Disney Side @Home Celebration

I was selected to host a Disney Side @Home Celebration party and received this WONDERFUL package full of goodies to host my party with! (totally awesome, right?!)

The party kept getting pushed back but I finally had it at the end of February. I thought that I had already written the blog post but was reminded that I didn't when my friend, Corky, who took the pictures for the party, let me know that she was STILL working on getting those pictures to me. Grrr! (which I will upload and share hopefully this week once she sends them to me)

We had a pretty big party and invited about 35 people all together. We tied it in with my younger sister's birthday party (who is a HUGE Disney fan) so it was perfect timing! :) I used the cookie cutters and cupcake liners to make the desserts for the party and boy were they a huge hit!! They were gobbled up immediately. Must be because they turned out just so darn CUTE! All of the decorations were much appreciated and really helped everyone get in the Disney state of mind.

I used the cell phone case as a prize giveaway and handed out the Craisins, photo packs, bracelets, and other goodies to the guests when they were leaving. All of the kids left with a goodie bag, too! I bought some extra Disney themed items to go in the bags. Cute pencils, stickers, erasers, and other small toys!

We shared our experiences visiting Disney theme parks and really had a blast! There were many attendees that never visited any Disney parks before so the experience for them was extremely helpful! We were able to talk to them about what to expect, costs, what there is to do there, etc. It was a blast getting to share my love with Disney with everyone else. It is incredible how many stories everyone had to share about their own personal experiences with Disney, whether it be family vacations or just having a favorite movie. :)

I received two bottles of soap to try (Water Blossoms and Coconut Lime Verbena) and loved them both. Both were very refreshing and the fragrance lingered on my hands for a long time after washing. I absolutely loved how soft & smooth my hands felt after using this soap. The lather was gentle on my skin and washed away all dirt. The micro-scrubbers were awesome and really helped get my hands squeaky clean. I have been a Dial soap user for YEARS and will absolutely be buying these products regularly, as long as I can find them. My only complaint is the availability. I was only able to find these soaps at ONE Walmart store. I visited several Walmarts as well as CVS, Walgreens, and Food Lion and no one else carried them. I have yet to see the Yellow Raspberry & Black Sugar scent in any store. I will keep my eyes out for that one as it sounds right up my alley! :) The bottle design is great, too. Very sleek & stylish! For $1.97 a bottle (Walmart's price), I really feel like you are getting a steal!

I have been using Dial products for years and am always pleased with them. I absolutely love their hand soaps and body washes and buy them regularly. I was excited to try the Dial Vitamin Boost Body Wash. When I opened the lid, I was so energized by the fruity fragrance. I was a little nervous about using a body wash infused with lotion. Don't get me wrong, it was PERFECT timing as this cold, winter weather really tends to dry out my skin, especially after shaving. A lot of times, products infused with lotion leave my skin feeling slimy and like there is a layer of residue on it. That wasn't the case with this product at all! I was pleasantly surprised! My skin felt so incredibly soft & moisturized and that wonderful fragrance lingered on my skin for several hours before fading away.

I use a bath pouf to shower with and the product REALLY lathered up well after rubbing it in for a few seconds. Rich, creamy lather, too, that was very easy to spread over my skin. I loved how the fragrance filled my entire bathroom with the fruity, energizing aroma! I am excited to try some of the other products in this line, as well. I know they have another body wash (infused with Vitamin C) and two different types of soap - bar and liquid. Looking forward to trying all of them!

I have used scent crystals and in-wash scent boosters before and LOVE them. Detergent and fabric softeners are great and do leave some fragrance on your clothing but it usually doesn't last long enough. Fabric softener can often leave a residue on your laundry, especially towels, which leaves them feeling a little strange and slick feeling. This isn't the case with this product. You just pour in some of the crystals to your wash before adding in your laundry and that's it! The Purex Crystals Fresh Mountain Breeze fills my entire downstairs with a fresh, clean fragrance. You can even smell it outside, lol! If you are like me and enjoy a lot of scent on your laundry, I would definitely check out this product. You won't be disappointed. If this fragrance isn't for you, there are several others to choose from, as well. :)
