Purex No Sort Laundry Detergent Product Review

THE RULES HAVE CHANGED!

NEW Purex No Sort for Colors detergent is the latest laundry innovation from the Purex brand designed to simplify your laundry routine. Purex No Sort for Colors detergent features a breakthrough Anti-Color Transfer Technology which traps loose dyes in the wash and reduces color bleeding accidents in your mixed color loads leaving your clothes bright and clean.

With regular detergent, dyes can bleed onto other fabrics in the wash.
Purex No Sort for Colors traps those loose dyes to reduce color bleeds and unhappy laundry days!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Packed with innovation but not a miracle worker
Purex No Sort for Colors detergent is packed with innovation but it can't perform miracles, so please follow these words of advise: wash strongly colored fabrics or new pieces of clothing, especially jeans, separately at least 5 times before doing a mixed color load with Purex No Sort for Colors detergent.

Traps loose dyes
Introducing our new Anti-Color-Transfer Technology which traps loose dyes in the wash and does not let them settle onto other fabrics.

Reduces color bleeding accidents
Your typical color bleeding accident occurs when dyes bleed out of fibers and deposit onto your other garments, but new Anti-Color-Transfer Technology traps loose dyes in the wash, and does not let them settle onto other fabrics.

I have been using Purex products for several years now and am rarely disappointed. While this product didn't disappoint me, it didn't really blow me away either. I think the main reason is that I rarely have issues with color bleeding in the wash anyway. This would be great if that was a problem that you frequently experienced but I honestly didn't notice any difference in my clothing after using this products several times. The fact that you still have to wash new clothing items (especially jeans) separately kind of threw me for a loop because I assumed that you could just throw everything in there together. It is still a good product but when you take out the "no color bleeding" aspect (since that isn't a problem I typically have), the detergent is pretty ordinary. It still has a nice fresh, clean scent and got my laundry squeaky clean. I wouldn't expect any less when using a Purex product! :) However, I probably wouldn't buy it again in the future because I didn't really notice any major differences. I would opt for one of the detergents that had a more appealing scent or other benefit that was more relevant to me.
