Lancome DreamTone Review - Healthy, Even Looking Skin!

I received a 1.3 oz bottle of Lancome DreamTone to try from SheSpeaks. I was thrilled to try this as my skin tone isn't the best and could definitely use some improvement. I used the product for 4 weeks and did see some results. Before I get into that, here are a few facts about the product:

My Personal Experience With the Product: Overall, I really liked this product. I don't have terrible skin to begin with but do have some minor skin imperfections and redness, especially around my cheek and nose area. The product itself has the perfect texture - not too liquidy or overly thick. I thought it spread over my skin easily and absorbed completely. The product just felt very lightweight and luxurious on my skin. It didn't have a strong, offensive odor either which is much appreciated. :) I applied the product twice daily, both in the morning when I first got up and at night before bed, for 4 weeks. I have noticed results and see an improvement in my skin tone. It looks so much evener and my redness has greatly diminished, too. Yesterday when I was volunteering at a charity event, someone thought I was a teenager, LOL!! (couldn't get any more of a compliment than that!!) I will definitely continue to buy and use this product and highly recommend it. While I haven't seen any DRASTIC results, I am still more than satisfied with how well this product worked.

Disney Classics Box Set - November 12, 2013 is the day!

I have been a HUGE Disney fan my entire life so I am super excited about this collection! I can remember singing along to so many of these songs, dancing around the house with my Mom, and watching the movies & shows over and over again. It brings back so many happy memories and hopefully it will for you, too. :)

My experience with this product was AWESOME! I have come to expect high quality from Purex products so I had high expectations for this product, too. This product has been around since 1994. Both my Mom and Grandma used it so I was interested to try it myself. I wasn't sure about wetting the bar and rubbing out the stain. It just wasn't what I was used to since I have been using either a spray or stick product for so long. I tried this product on several stains (kitchen grease, dirt from working in the yard, grass, etc) and each one was easily & completely removed from the clothing. I'll admit, I was impressed. I had visions of chunks of the product breaking off while rubbing out the stain but that never happened. This product is VERY affordable, too. I know you can purchase it at Walmart for a little over $1 per bar. If you haven't tried it yet and want a different way to remove stains, I would recommend it. It's simple, easy to use, and there are no fancy frills or gimmicks. It's a great stain remover and seems like it's going to last a long time!

And to all the wonderful Moms out there, I hope you have a safe and happy Mother's Day!!!! I think one of the fondest memories that I have of my own Mom are from my childhood. We used to sit together, just the two of us, and read for HOURS! It was something special just for us and I can even remember ALL of my favorite books. I actually LOVED this product. It worked REALLY well at removing those tough shower/tub stains. We don't have any tile in our bathrooms so I couldn't try it on that. However, I did clean both of our tubs/showers where mildew ALWAYS seems to sneak up on us even though we clean them regularly! There is caulking around the faucets in both tubs that gets kind of gross. I sprayed this product on there and it got rid of ALL of the yucky spots! The smell is a little strong so I decided to open the windows in the bathroom. I didn't find the smell to be overpowering or intolerable. I was just going to be doing other cleaning in there so I thought the window would help air it out. The bathroom smelled VERY clean after using this product and our showers both looked shiny and spotless! I LOVED the gel consistency and thought it was much more effective than regular liquid spray cleaners. I will definitely be adding this one to my cleaning routine! :)
